Free Shipping
Orders over $500 ship free within the contiguous United States (48 states). Orders under $500 are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 3-7 business days. Some items may take longer depending on manufacturer availability. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
Large Items
Grills, vanities, fireplaces, and outdoor kitchens ship via freight carrier (LTL). Delivery takes 7-14 business days after shipment. Curbside delivery is standard. You will be contacted by the carrier to schedule a delivery window.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to the contiguous United States (48 states) only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international addresses at this time. PO Boxes cannot accept freight deliveries.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at support@mountainvines.com. Include photos of the damage and your order number. For freight deliveries, inspect all packages before signing and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.
