30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at support@mountainvines.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return Conditions
- Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
- All original accessories, hardware, and documentation must be included
- Items that have been installed, assembled, modified, or used are not eligible
- Custom or made-to-order items are not returnable
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. For large items, return shipping can be significant — contact us for a quote before sending anything back.
Refunds
Once we confirm the returned item meets our conditions, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours at support@mountainvines.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will coordinate with the manufacturer for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
